Description
The Danish-style holiday home offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday in the middle of a spacious 1500 sqm garden idyll. The beach can be reached quickly by car or bicycle in the family-friendly seaside resorts of Trassenheide or Zinnowitz in about 5 minutes. The fully equipped kitchen promises sociable hours in the kitchen or in the garden. In the evening relax at the fire bowl, children play on the wide meadow, in case of rain the covered terrace invites you. A separate bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed as well as a separate sleeping alcove with a double bed in the living room ensure relaxing nights for up to 6 people. The fully tiled shower room with window and the fully equipped kitchen ensure a stress-free stay.

The fireplace in the eat-in kitchen with passage to the living room creates a cosy cottage atmosphere. At the large window with a view of the spacious garden, the family can get together to play games or feast. Except for the bedrooms, all floors are tiled for easy maintenance or have end-grain parquet flooring.

Location and surroundings of object
Located in the north of Usedom between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, this property is on the outskirts of Bannemin on a large, quiet, private nature plot with a rich tree population. The seaside resorts of Trassenheide or Zinnowitz are about 3-4 km away, the ducal town of Wolgast about 4 km and the Achterwasser about 3 km and can be reached quickly by bike or car thanks to the very well developed infrastructure. In the villages you will find supermarkets, sports and play facilities, culture and, of course, the wide fine sandy beach of the island of Usedom.
