This vacation apartment is truly fantastic. Beautifully furnished, you can already see the love for detail. The kitchen's equipment is amazing; you can really do everything, even bake a cake if you want. The shower could become a problem for someone who is a bit corpulent, the bathroom is really tight, but even there they have brought in coziness, which is really nice. We really enjoyed being there.

The apartment is great (furnishing, equipment), everything you need is there and very nicely designed. The second bedroom is basically "just" a nook, without a window. The location of the apartment is good for all kinds of activities. The underground garage is a bit "tricky," recommended only with a smaller car and good parking skills.

The apartment is located directly on the very heavily trafficked main thoroughfare, both day and night. It is far from the quiet location that was advertised in the presentation text until July 3, 2024. It is consistently loud from street noise. Those who like that will be happy in the apartment. Additionally, the bedroom window is located on the passageway to the other apartments on the floor. The window can only be opened with the roller shutter down; otherwise, anyone passing by can look inside or break in. The residents of the house are private individuals, most of whom are very unfriendly. The underground garage is completely unsuitable for large cars due to its narrowness and the pillars. If one only evaluates the equipment of the holiday apartment, it is super and modernly equipped. The side view of Lake Chiemsee is also nice. All in all, I will gladly book through Chiemgau Comfort again, but definitely not again because of the location, the Amselnest in Rimsting.

It was beautiful, quiet, clean, and very cozy and lovingly furnished in the Amselnest. The bed was great and had a very good mattress, which contributed to our relaxation. We took many trips and enjoyed the surroundings. The visit to the Seisenbergklamm in Austria was sensational and left a lasting impression on me. The Chiemsee is gorgeous, and a boat ride is highly recommended. The mountains are great for hiking, and you can take the chairlift back down. Impressive is the snow on the Wendelstein. Rosenheim is a beautiful city and Salzburg a place close to the heart.
