This new property, built in 2022, offers spacious and comfortable accommodation of 90m2. Enjoy the bright and airy living room with a large sliding door and big windows and relax in the three bedrooms. The house is equipped with modern amenities such as a kitchen with a combination oven and dishwasher, underfloor heating, air conditioning in the living room, and a heat pump with a 300L boiler tank for hot water. With balanced ventilation and private parking, "Robbenoord" provides a complete holiday experience.
The holiday home "Robbenoord" is located in the enchanting De Wierde recreational park in Den Oever, the Netherlands. The park offers an oasis of peace and natural beauty, surrounded by the impressive Wadden Sea landscape.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 30 days before the day of arrival.
- De (hoofd)huurder is gerechtigd een boeking schriftelijk, zonder kosten te annuleren in de volgende gevallen: 1. Binnen zeven werkdagen na de boeking, tenzij het verblijf in de accommodatie binnen één maand na de boeking aanvangt; 2. Vanaf zeven dagen voor de aanvang van het verblijf, in het volgende geval: 1. Wanneer er sprake is van een lockdown in het land waarin de vakantiewoning is gelegen en de huurder om die reden de vakantiewoning niet kan bereiken of daar niet mag verblijven. Huurder heeft geen recht op annulering op deze grond wanneer er weliswaar sprake is van een lockdown maar er wezenlijke uitzonderingen gelden op die lockdown voor mensen die bereid zijn om gebruik te maken van voorzorgsmaatregelen op het gebied van publieke gezondheid, zoals vaccinatie en het verlenen van medewerking aan een test. 2. In alle overige gevallen is de huurder slechts gerechtigd tot schriftelijke annulering tegen voldoening van de volgende annuleringskosten: 1. Bij annulering tot 30 dagen voor aanvang van het verblijf: 50% van huursom; 2. Bij annulering binnen 14 dagen voor aanvang van het verblijf: 100% van huursom; 3. Omboeken tot 27 dagen voor aankomst is kostenloos 3. Het annuleren van een boeking door de (hoofd)huurder geldt ook als annulering voor medehuurders; 4. Een annulering die op een zaterdag of zondag wordt gedaan of op een in Nederland geldende feestdag, geldt als zijnde gedaan op de eerstvolgende in Nederland geldende werkdag; 5. Een verzoek tot annulering van de overeenkomst als bedoeld in lid 1 tot en met 4 dient te worden gericht aan Easy Leisure, die het verzoek namens de verhuurder in behandeling zal nemen.
