The location is close to nature. There are many hiking opportunities. The apartment looks modern at first glance, but has some deficiencies. 1. no smoke detectors (despite being mandatory) 2. mold in the blue bedroom 3. missing kitchen utensils (kettle, microwave) although stated 4. cooking pots (damaged) enamel chipped 5. There is no garden, only a seating area 6. the impression upon arrival was that it is a construction site 7. View of debris and storage remnants from kitchen window. In short: €97 per night is not justified, as it is definitely not warranted due to the deficiencies (especially mold).
