We had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment in Deesbach! The location is perfect for nature lovers, situated in the Thuringian Forest. We spent our days hiking along the Rennsteig trail, and it was so nice to return in the evenings to a cozy, well-equipped apartment. The garden was a delightful bonus, where we enjoyed a barbecue and relaxed on the loungers. The hosts were incredibly friendly and gave great local tips, making us feel completely at home. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

If you come somewhere for the third time, that says enough. Yes, the kitchen is small, but sufficient.
The small boiler is empty after half a washing-up bowl, but there is a kettle that can fill up just right. The sanitary facilities are fresh and good. The bed is a bit soft for us because we have a really hard mattress at home, but it is certainly not a sagging hole.
And then the Mutschler family: still just as warm and spontaneous.
If we do not come back here for a 4th time, it is not because of the accommodation, but more because this wonderful walking environment is no longer suitable for us (pensioners).

We were welcomed very nicely by our hosts. The apartment is super neat and very well equipped. Extensive information material is available for this hiking region. We also received verbal recommendations as soon as we arrived. We had only booked a short stay. Since we felt very comfortable and the landscape is just too beautiful, we will definitely come back. Of course we try to book this apartment again. The only small minus, there are few restaurants and shops in the village.

It was a wonderfully relaxing environment where you can completely unwind. From the apartment you can immediately make beautiful walks. The peace and clean air is wonderful. from 15 to 22 September. 2012 very nice holiday polite in and around Huize Bärbel. Perfect house, perfect hospitality! After arriving by tour hostess. Since all time was taken and, thus, we also learned to know the hostess as a hostess who is always ready with advice and counsel and gezelligheid.De trips to Erfurt and Weimar are beautiful but you do not go there just "a while" to. We want to give walkers the tip itself to buy the (again friendly) Tourist information in a walking Oberweissbach.Kaart. No. 129 of the Schwarzatal (no 5) ensures that you can not get lost. We are sure that we wanted to come back here. Although Deesbach themselves more or less extinct, and you're in the area which is sad for all vacancies, nature is beautiful and definitely for experienced hikers paradise.

Principal point of criticism is that the landlady day went without consultation through the apartment, looked after the waste and then disposed of. We have never experienced before in an apartment. The ground floor is a spacious apartment for the guests. The owners live on the first floor. The house has a very large, nicely maintained and cozy garden. The owners do their very best to you to make sense. They knots regularly chat with you and are very attentive. The village itself is very small, remote and there are no facilities / shops. You are dependent on the car to get anywhere. Whether you need a good condition and have a couple of mountain bikes. In the area there is in terms of nature and culture plenty to do. There is also a 5-minute drive away a large outdoor pool, it might be interesting if you have children.

The outside was used by the residents because we could then use the entrance at the front. We were welcomed very nicely by our hosts. The apartment is super neat and very well equipped. Extensive information material is available for this hiking region. We also received verbal recommendations as soon as we arrived. We had only booked a short stay. Since we felt very comfortable and the landscape is just too beautiful, we will definitely come back.
