Ground floor flat centrally located between Düsseldorf, Cologne, Düren, Aachen, Maastericht (NL) and Roermond (NL).
Conveniently located on the B 57 with a local train station (Aachen - Dortmund / Duisburg) and close to the A 44 and A 46 motorways (approx. 5 - 12km).
Our holiday flat is nevertheless in a quiet location on the outskirts of Baal, a district of the town of Hückelhoven with a wide range of sports and leisure facilities in the immediate vicinity.
Extensive cycling tours (Rur cycle path), hiking possibilities (National Park MeinWeg, Eifel, Sophienhöhe), various water sports possibilities in the surrounding recreation areas (canoeing on the Rur) and the international water sports Eldorado for sailors and motorboat drivers in Roermond (approx. 45 km) as well as "year-round fun on the slopes in powder snow" in the ski halls Neuss and Landgraaf (NL) (both approx. 35 km).
