Description
All bedrooms as well as the living room and the veranda are equipped with a flatscreen smart TV with access to YouTube TV with over 100 channels including sports and news channels. An Xbox One, which can also be used as a DVD player, is also available.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are of course available to you in sufficient quantity during your stay. The house is very well equipped so that you can enjoy a luxurious vacation.

Dream vacation
We, four adults and two children, were in Villa Pelican Creek for the first time. The entire house is brand new and very stylishly furnished. The large kitchen has everything you need. The highlight of the entire house for us was the pool area. It includes a heated and lit pool, a cozy lounge, a dining area, and a large grill. Everything is designed with great care and invites you to linger. The house is located in a quiet residential area, and many restaurants and shopping options can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The contact with the landlord Lena was very pleasant and especially quick from the beginning. We felt very comfortable in Villa Pelican Creek and would love to come back.

The Villa Pelican Creek is a beautiful villa in a quiet location in Cape Coral. The furnishings are of high quality, nothing is lacking: dishes, towels (in very sufficient quantity!), electrical appliances (the refrigerator can easily connect via Bluetooth, allowing you to stream your own music - great! ), great outdoor area with a very nice pool and plenty of seating and lounging options, gas grill, and outdoor TV screen ), washing machine and dryer, private garage with direct access to the villa, many extras in the garage such as beach equipment, 2 new bicycles, and more! ).
We can highly recommend this accommodation - simply perfect! ?

Beautiful house by the canal with a very nice host.
We have been renting villas in Florida for over 20 years, also in Cape Coral. This property definitely belongs to the most beautiful ones. The villa is absolutely brand new and fully equipped. Both the villa and the furnishings are very high quality and very clean. There's really nothing lacking. The quiet southern location in Pelican right by the canal and the great outdoor area appealed to us the most, as unlike most houses, there is a dining area AND a lounge area with a large outdoor TV in the covered outdoor space. The pool has different zones for lounging, sitting, and swimming, and we also liked it very much. The kayak is a great feature and was used frequently by us. Communication with the landlord and property manager was very pleasant and always friendly. After the Wi-Fi router quit working after a thunderstorm, the problem was promptly resolved and a new router was installed. I know it very differently.
All in all, an absolute recommendation.

Modern villa with canal access
Newly very modern furnished villa on the canal in a quiet location in SW Cape Coral.
The very clean holiday home has everything you need for a vacation and even more than needed. Our highlight is the pedal boat, with which you can wonderfully paddle along the canal. The contact with the owner Lena is really very nice, and the property management (Anja) was very friendly during the handover and inspection. If we book a house in CC again, definitely this one.

Super nice and very well equipped new villa
New very tastefully furnished villa in a prime location. We felt very comfortable there. The house was very clean and exceptionally well stocked. Everything you need is available. Pool service and property management were very friendly and reliable. The contact with Lena was almost friendly, even though we never met. The deposit was refunded within 2 days. Would love to come back.
