Beautiful holiday cottage directly on the North Sea, completely renovated and refurbished in 2023.
The holiday home is located on the outer ring of a holiday park in Fedderwardersiel. You can smell the North Sea here, which is no wonder: you can reach the dike on foot in five minutes, and the shrimp cutter harbour with a fish shop, restaurants and a small grocery shop in about ten minutes. The holiday home offers space for up to four people.
The roof-only house has a large terrace with an awning and patio furniture, which offers a beautiful view of the natural garden. Here you not only have plenty of space, but also peace and quiet: the rear area of the 1,000 square metre property is not visible and is separated by a small ditch from an agricultural road that borders a field.
Those who like Nordic, no-frills design with a small portion of industrial chic and a large portion of cosiness will feel at home in the holiday home. The living and dining area is furnished in white and grey and has a stove. The furnishings have been chosen with attention to detail. A magazine rack is waiting with magazines for adults and kids, an insect screen ensures that fresh air comes in but mosquitoes and flies stay outside, and the TV bench was planned so that you can simply move it to the side if you don't want the TV to interfere with the view of the garden.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms - both with comfortable beds (one double and two singles), chests of drawers and blackout curtains, and in the small hallway area between them you have additional space in a built-in wardrobe. In the room on the right, there is a mini play and retreat area directly under the roof, which the kids can reach via a small ladder. In the bedroom with the single beds you will also find a height-adjustable desk. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view of the garden.
The kitchen is well equipped with high-quality crockery and pots and various cooking utensils as well as sharp knives. In addition to a cooker, kettle and toaster, you will also find a microwave with grill and baking function.
A lockable shed with power supply belongs to the house and can be used by you - for e-bikes, for example.
A special feature: the owner of the holiday home grew up in the Wesermarsch and now writes books with settings in the region. In the holiday home you will find Natascha Manski's regional crime novels with investigations in Butjadingen and travel guides with tips and discoveries at the North Sea.
