This cosily furnished holiday home guarantees our guests the basis for a perfect holiday. Extensive renovations were carried out from the end of 2017 to the beginning of 2018 to make our guests feel even more at home.
This house is suitable for 4 people plus two children. 1 dog is possible (for a small extra charge).
The roof-only house is located in a quiet side street on the edge of the Fedderwardersiel holiday park and offers our guests an unobstructed view of the meadows in the direction of Burhave.
On the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen with a modern ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
The dining and living room as well as a daylight bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a cosy sitting area, a satellite TV with DVD player, a music system as well as a dining area, which is modernly and functionally furnished.
Upstairs is the master bedroom and a children's or teenager's room, each with 2 beds. In the master bedroom a ladder leads to a wigwam, which offers additional sleeping space for two children. The master bedroom has a satellite TV.
Free WLAN is available to our guests. As this is a mobile connection, the Wi-Fi may be subject to fluctuations over which we have no control.
There is a parking space at the house, a terrace with sufficient terrace furniture and barbecue facilities and a lawn.
The Burhaver play barn with a large number of attractive play opportunities for the little ones is about 6 minutes away.

This comfortable holiday home is a 2-storey roof-only house with an (unfenced) plot and a sunny lawn. Our on-site partner will take care of the key and house handover on the day of arrival. The house is fully furnished with satellite TV, stereo system and the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The heating is via night storage heater. Terrace furniture is a matter of course.
The beach, the North Sea and the Kutterhafen (here you will find a shop, 2 restaurants, 1 bistro, the fish shop, the North Sea Museum and the excursion ship WEGA II) are approx. 10 - 15 minutes on foot. The North Sea lagoon is approx. 1.5 km away and the 'Aqua Mundo' in Tossens is approx. 8 km away.
Pets allowed on request! The renting takes place all year round, whereby in the off-season price actions are possible (weekend reservations, trial holiday) note however please: Minimum rental period 3 days in low season or 1 week (Saturday to Saturday) in holiday periods. Just ask!
The North Sea is about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. In the village there is a small shop with the possibility to order bread rolls in advance, a cutter and a yacht harbour, 2 restaurants and a fresh fish shop. In the immediate vicinity you will find the newly built North Sea bathing lagoon, a riding stable, a mini-golf course and a reasonably priced bicycle rental. Your children will feel right at home in the play barn, which is open all year round and has a giant slide, climbing hill, trampoline, bumper cars, bowling alley and Carrera track. Or you can go on excursions to Bremerhaven, Wilhelmshaven or, or ...Sports facilities on site: Swimming, tennis, hiking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, surfing, mountain biking, inline skating, and much more.

During the school holidays we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
In the other periods, short bookings with a minimum of overnight stays are also possible!

For your pet there is a one-time surcharge of EUR 15,00 per booking!
Children's travel cot and high chair are free of charge!
