Discover our beautiful holiday apartment at Hellwiges Hof in Medebach-Oberschledorn and spend a relaxing vacation amidst the idyllic landscape of the Sauerland. The cozy holiday apartment offers space for up to 4 people on 60 square meters and features 1 bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, a kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room, and a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub. For your information:
The bathroom with toilet is located outside the apartment, accessible via a hallway. So far, only one family has been bothered by this.
Enjoy your family holiday on our small horse farm. The holiday apartment is also dog-friendly and thus offers your four-legged friend an unforgettable holiday as well. Would you like to bring your own horse? That is no problem either. We charge €10 per night for a horse with full board.

Everything's great.
Apart from the mattresses that were too soft for me, everything was great (I'm responsible for my weight myself ?), very nice landlords and a good setup ?

Very nice short vacation in the Hochsauerland.
We were a family with 2 children visiting the Hellwig family during the autumn holidays 2024. The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor and is very well equipped. The parking space is right in front of the door. Nothing was missing. We found the welcome gift with the apple spritzers, the bubbles, and the bottle of sparkling wine very nice. The TV entertainment includes everything one could wish for. The Fire TV stick, including Netflix, Prime, Disney+, and Waipu TV, works perfectly. Our son especially enjoyed the PS4 with 6 games in the evenings. Our kids have taken the animals on the farm to heart. Many thanks also for the ride with the horses Betty and Sunny. We greatly appreciated that you took the time for that.
The region offers many excursion opportunities. The weather was also great.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the farm!

Nice hosts, well-equipped apartment & very pet-friendly
We were three people with two horses and a dog staying overnight there - as a stopover on our trail ride. The location is very beautiful. The hosts are very nice and attentive. We could choose whether the horses would stay in the pasture or in a box and we were generously provided with feed. There were even dog towels and a basket for the dog. Every wish was fulfilled - thank you very much!
