Tritt der Mieter vom Mietvertrag zurück, so hat er pauschalen Ersatz für die beim Vermieter bereits entstandenen Aufwendungen und den entgangenen Gewinn in der nachfolgenden Höhe zu leisten, sofern eine anderweitige Vermietung nicht möglich ist Stornierungsbedingungen:
- Kostenfreie Stornierung bis 30 Tage vor Anreisetag möglich.
- Bei einem Rücktritt vom 29. bis zum einschließlich letzten Tag vor dem vereinbarten Mietbeginn 90% des Mietvertrags. (2) Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet. (3) Dem Mieter bleibt der Nachweis vorbehalten, dass dem Vermieter durch den Rücktritt kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist. Der Mieter kann bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag einen Ersatzmieter benennen, der bereit ist, an seiner Stelle in das bestehende Vertragsverhältnis einzutreten. Der Vermieter kann dem Eintritt des Dritten widersprechen, wenn dieser wirtschaftlich oder persönlich unzuverlässig erscheint. (4) Der Vermieter bemüht sich ebenfalls, einen Ersatz-Mieter zu finden. (5) Die gesetzlichen Rücktritt- und Kündigungsmöglichkeiten bleiben hiervon unberührt.

Beautiful place for a vacation in Gran Canaria
Beautiful, well-furnished holiday apartment in a well-maintained apartment complex. Large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay and beach of Playa del Cura. Everything as described by the friendly hosts. Beach within walking distance, but sometimes stronger waves. The large, well-protected, and probably the most beautiful (therefore also well-visited on weekends) beach on the southwest coast, Playa de Amadores, is only 3 km away and easily accessible by car or bus. A lovely holiday!

Dear guests, I would like to introduce you to our holiday flat on the Spanish island of Gran Canaria. Our holiday flat is located in the quiet Seaside resort of Playa del Cura and was completely renovated in 2018. Playa del Cura is easy to reach by bus, taxi and rental car and has parking spaces directly at the house. The non-smoking flat has approx. 60 m² of living space and can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people. A spacious living area with integrated fitted kitchen, a large bedroom with double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower, washbasin, bidet and mirror. A large terrace with table, chairs, parasol, awning and wonderful sea view. The pool is heated from November to March. There is ample space for cars on the large parking deck on top of the building. A supermarket, restaurants, bus stop and taxi rank are about 200m away.
