Description

The holiday home was renovated in 2016 and comfortably furnished. It consists of a large kitchen-living room with fireplace, TV and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There is a bedroom (2 adults) with a 160cm bed and a children's room with two junior beds (160cm long).
There is a large garden with barbecue, beach chair, garden set and a parking space directly in front of the house.
An electric heater is available for colder days. However, the primary heating is provided by the fireplace.

Location and surroundings of object

The bungalow is about 5 minutes' walk from the wide sandy beach. The village has a small harbour, a bakery and small restaurants. Larger purchases can be made in the neighbouring village (approx. 4 km away). The island offers beautiful sandy beaches, varying cliffs and can be explored by bike or on foot. the Hanseatic city of Wismar is a 20-minute drive from the holiday home and offers a good selection of restaurants, a cinema, a spa, a zoo and a very beautiful old town.
