Cosy Casa is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. The house is equipped with all the conveniences you need for a carefree stay, including central heating, a freezer, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine and kettle. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find all the crockery and cutlery you need to prepare delicious meals.
You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the terrace with French doors. Cosy Casa is located in our garden. We have separated Cosy Casa's terrace by a fence so we won't bother you.
The house is tastefully decorated and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. In the cosy living room you will find a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a television with Netflix. You can use free Wi-Fi to stay in touch with friends and family during your stay.
The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable large bed (180x200), so you can enjoy a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink and a shower.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Dear hr/mrs, Welcome to our holiday home in Egmond aan Zee. My name is Marjolein and I live with my husband Rik and our two children Lieve and Siem. We have lived in Egmond aan Zee since 2014. After quite a few renovations to the main house and holiday home, we have been renting out our holiday home since 2017. I enjoy giving you as our guest a nice stay and hope to do so for many years to come. The garden is divided by a fence so we can give you as much peace and privacy as possible.
