The charming and lovingly furnished holiday flat has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as a large living/dining room area and is perfect for a family holiday, cultural and sightseeing holiday, romantic holiday, singles holiday and sports holiday.
The well-kept terrace invites you to relax and sunbathe, while the cosy fireplace provides comforting warmth on cooler days. A sauna with relaxation room in the basement is for the general use of holiday guests. You can relax wonderfully there.
The living room is equipped with a TV and cosy seating, while WLAN throughout the flat provides the necessary comfort. In the conservatory with wellness armchair you can enjoy relaxing hours, especially on rainy days. Outside, you will find a parasol and patio furniture that invite you to linger.
For friends of the home office, a suitable space is available.
In the new fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette, freezer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and coffee machine/Nespresso, you can demonstrate your culinary skills and prepare meals together. Sufficient crockery and cutlery are available.
A cot is available for the smallest guests.

Our holiday flat is centrally located in the charming North Sea spa Carolinensiel.
The flat is in the immediate vicinity of the historic harbour, close to the Harle in a dead-end street.
Around the harbour you will find small cafés and restaurants that invite you to linger.
Shopping facilities can be found about 100 m away.
Enjoy a ride on Germany's unique paddle steamer, which travels from the historic harbour almost to the beach.
At a distance of approx. 2 km you will find the beautiful beach with maritime flair, the ideal setting for sunbathing.

Short break with many amenities
In the short term, we have decided to take a break.
The spacious apartment offers everything you need for a break.
The apartment is very clean. It is stylish, Nordic, and very tastefully furnished. It is equipped with everything you need. The cozy living room area invites you to chill or play. Games are also available.
The kitchen area is fully stocked. From the electrical appliances to the cake pan, everything is there. The bedroom is the ultimate relaxation space. The mattresses are top-notch. Storage space is also plentiful. In the additional room with a bed and workspace, one can retreat. The bathroom is clean and very well-maintained. The sauna in the basement rounded off our vacation. Shopping options are reachable on foot in 3 minutes. The (small harbor) town center with shops and restaurants can be reached along the Harle in just 5 minutes. A leisurely walk takes you to the harbor in 30 minutes.
The contact with the landlord was impeccable and friendly.
We would love to return to this exact apartment.
Very well suited for seniors, or also with children, the playground is just a stone's throw away.
