On the ground floor, you will find the guest toilet and storage room, the open-plan living and kitchen area, and a bedroom with a double bed.
Upstairs is the children's room with 2 single beds, as well as another spacious bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower.
The holiday park is located in the middle of the "Mecklenburg Great Lakes" landscape conservation area, directly on Lake Plauer See. Europe's largest enclosed lake area offers countless opportunities for water sports and nature lovers. Surrounded by forests, fields and lakes, you can enjoy excellent motor boating, sailing, surfing or fishing.
A short forest path leads from the site to the bathing jetty. (approx. 300m).
The "holiday resort" of Lenz, 800m away, has a bathing beach and a snack bar. Here you will also find the Lenz harbour with rental boats and a landing stage for passenger ships. You will find everything you need for your daily needs in the town of Malchow, 8 km away.

- Unsere Stornierungsbedingungen: 1. Der Mietvertrag kommt zu Stande, wenn Ihre Buchung von uns schriftlich per mail bestätigt wurde und eine Anzahlung von 20% des Endreisepreises je FeHaus nach Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung überwiesen wurde. 2. Der Restbetrag ist 4 Wochen vor Mietbeginn fällig. Bei nicht fristgemäßer Zahlung kann der Eigentümer die Erfüllung des Mietvertrages ablehnen und vom Mietvertrag zurücktreten. Unter dem Gesichtspunkt des Verzuges haftet der Mieter für den hierdurch entstandenen Schaden, sofern eine Vermietung durch den Vermieter nicht oder nicht mehr rechtzeitig möglich ist. Für die Höhe des Schadenersatzes gelten die Vereinbarungen gemäß Ziffer 2 und 3ff. 2. Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von seiner Buchung zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zeitpunkt des möglichst schriftlichen Zuganges beim Vermieter. Wird vom Reisevertrag zurückgetreten oder die Reise nicht angetreten, kann der Vermieter Ersatz für getroffene Reisevorkehrungen und Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei der Berechnung des Ersatzes werden gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendungen der Reiseleistungen berücksichtigt. Die Rücktrittspauschalen, die der Vermieter im Falle des Reiserücktritts fordern kann, beziffern sich wie folgt: Bis zum 45. Tag vor Reiseantritt 25% des Reisepreises Vom 44. bis 30. Tag vor Reiseantritt 50% des Reisepreises Ab dem 29. Tag vor Reiseantritt 80% des Reisepreises Ab dem 1. Tag vor Reiseantritt 100% des Reisepreises 3. Reist der Mieter ohne vorherige schriftliche Kündigung nicht an, ist die Miete für die vereinbarte Mietzeit zu zahlen abzügl. eventuell ersparter Aufwendungen soweit die Mieteinheit nicht anderweitig zum gleichen Preis vermietet wird. Der Vermieter ist nicht verpflichtet, sich um eine anderweitige Vermietung des Mietobjektes zu bemühen, wenn und solange der Mieter nicht erklärt, dass er nicht anreist.

For a small fee, you can wash and dry your clothes in a separate room (2 washing machines and a dryer).
In one room there is the possibility to play table tennis, e.g. when it rains. The car-free park itself offers plenty of play opportunities for children, including a beautiful playground.

The cozy and tastefully furnished holiday home is quietly located in the middle of nature. We felt very comfortable, nothing is missing. Very nice landlords. We naturally recommend it and will definitely come back.
