At this time of year, the house unfortunately was still relatively damp and somewhat musty. The kitchen equipment, such as pots and pans, urgently needed to be replaced or disposed of. Additionally, one or another drawer could be cleared of unnecessary items.

We have been in Maratea at Villa Fabia every year since 2020. It is always very nice and relaxing. Over the years, the mosquito nets could be renewed, as they are not as tight anymore, and some towels could be replaced. These are just minor issues. The manager Igor is very accommodating and friendly.
