Siófok. The studio is situated on an enclosed waterside property, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The hostess warmly welcomes families and couples to the apartment. She also accommodates guests with individual needs. The basic equipment, expanded with a desk and two armchairs, offers full comfort and is even suitable for remote work in peace. Electronic gate. The building is located right on the shore of Lake Balaton. It is suitable for rest and relaxation all year round. Car traffic is reserved exclusively for the residents of the house, ensuring an undisturbed, quiet environment and clean air. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is an EV charging station in the town (500 m). Directly at the cul-de-sac.
