Description
The detached holiday home, built in 2001 and renovated in 2011, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the lake and the quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, hammock swing and campfire area. Skittles pendulum. Garden pond with goldfish. The landlord lovingly maintains the garden and makes the outdoor area even more beautiful and welcoming with many flowers. He organises fishing or hunting programmes by arrangement on request. Sauna use is possible by arrangement with the landlord. New bicycles are available.
Location
Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The house is situated directly on the shore; access to the beach is possible through a small gate. The house and its surroundings are particularly suitable for several families who wish to spend their holiday together. The area is closed to public car traffic, except for residents and holidaymakers. Various extra beds and cots are available; the large bedrooms offer comfortable space for extra beds. The landlord provides several bicycles, so you can leave the car on the property. Enjoy the beautiful panorama of the light-blue lake from the terrace or from the balcony. Have breakfast together on the terrace or prepare an evening barbecue with friends and family. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.
