Are you looking for peace and quiet, then you are invited to relax with us in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel.
Enjoy the pleasant ambience and the restful tranquillity in our sunny holiday home.
Our house has a living area with couch set, satellite TV and stereo system.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all the items a good kitchen needs,4 plate cooker,microwave,coffee maker,toaster,kettle,bread maker,refrigerator,egg boiler as well as pots,pans and other items.
There are 2 bedrooms in the house, 1 room is equipped with a couch, satellite TV and radio.
A bathroom with shower, toilet and washstand is also part of the house.
A storage room accessible from the outside (for bicycles, suitcases, etc.)
From the living area you can access the terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue fireplace.
If required, we can provide a folding bed (80x190) for families with 3 children or a baby cot/travel cot (60 x 120 cm) and a high chair.
The energy costs electricity , water , heating are included .

The house is situated on a sunny hillside on the outskirts of the spa and town of Daun. The location in a quiet holiday home / cottage area provides a relaxing holiday with views of the beautiful countryside of the Eifel. Through the special location very close to the Eiffel walkway and the forest, it is ideal for walkers. Pets are also welcome in our house. The town of Daun is a climatic health resort in the heart of the volcanic Eifel. Its central location allows many attractions of the Eifel and Moselle to reach. Many possibilities of entertainment are (eg, movies, museums, wildlife park) in the city and surrounding area. Shopping, restaurants and some pubs are centrally located.

| The price for the first night is 94 € including utilities (electricity, water, heating) for 2 persons. Each additional person is charged 15 € per night. From the 2nd overnight stay, the overnight price is 59 € including incidental costs per overnight stay for 2 persons. Each additional person € 15 per night. Children under 5 years receive a 50% discount . Pets 5 € per pet and night. Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally for 10 € per person. Visitor's tax: 1,50 € per person and night for persons over 16 years. During the holiday periods Easter, summer, autumn, Christmas/New Year's Eve, the minimum stay is 1 week. Other rental periods can also be arranged by prior arrangement. In the other periods, the minimum stay is 2 nights. Payment: Deposit : 20 % of the total price within 14 days after booking. Final payment: 14 days before departure. Feel at home!
If you are looking for a quiet accommodation, this is exactly the right place. That's exactly what we wanted too, and yet you are quickly in the city. Very nice contact and the accommodation is clean and has everything you need. Well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Optimal starting point for exploring the diverse sights
The holiday home is quietly located in a holiday village outside Daun, but the town can be reached in a few minutes.
The Maare and other sights such as the Manderscheider castles, the Ulmen castle ruins, Bad Bertrich are not far away.
The "Mindfulness Path" along the Kleine Kyll with a stop at the Heidsmühle is especially recommended.

We had a super holiday
We had a great holiday. The cottage is in a very quiet location. We and our little dog ``Flocke`` immediately felt very comfortable. Meadows and woods were right outside the door. The landlords were very friendly, helpful and open-minded. Everything in the cottage was very clean and we didn't miss anything
The equipment is top. We will gladly come back again.
