This dream house invites you to a comfortable holiday on the Baltic Sea, offering approximately 250 m² of living space! Upon entering, you'll be captivated by the light-filled living and dining room and the generously sized 3000 m² garden with two terraces. Here you'll find the perfect place to relax!
Fully and charmingly furnished in an upscale style, the house is ideal for families with children and perhaps accompanying grandparents, as well as for groups of friends, couples, and small groups.
The house includes two living rooms, five bedrooms, each furnished with a double box-spring bed (180x200 cm), two bathrooms, each with a shower and bathtub, a separate guest toilet, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fitness room equipped with wall bars, an exercise bike, a cross trainer, resistance bands, and a television, as well as a gallery on the second floor.
The house also features a sauna. Up to two dogs are welcome here; the garden is not fenced.
Relax in the garden and enjoy the fresh country air while relaxing on one of the terraces. Two sun loungers are provided. A gas grill is also available for your next barbecue.

The Baltic Sea with its many beaches is very close by. Enjoy the fine sandy beach or rent a beach chair and relax. Water sports enthusiasts will find excellent conditions for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and stand-up paddleboarding. In the village, you'll find everything you need for daily life: a gas station, various shops, two bakeries, several hair salons, and a general practitioner and veterinarian. Alternatively, a trip to the air and Kneipp spa town of Gelting is worthwhile. Pure relaxation awaits you there. The Geltinger Birk nature reserve, covering 773 hectares, impresses with its reed beds, salt marshes, dunes, and forests. With a bit of luck, you might even spot the wild Konik horses. In the evening, a stroll to the harbor of Wackerballig is highly recommended, where you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset. Further shopping and excursion opportunities can be found in Kappeln or Flensburg. The charming port cities invite you to stroll, linger and enjoy.
