Our luxury flat is also ideally suited for couples travelling together, as it has 2 separate shower bathrooms in addition to the two double bedrooms
A private terrace is at your disposal in the front left outdoor area of the property to enjoy the sun hours on the loungers and to simply dangle your soul for once. Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you can relax wonderfully here!
The spacious living room invites you to relax with its cosy couches, the original roof beams of the former mill house emphasise the cosy atmosphere and flat-screen TVs, DVD players, a music system and free Wi-Fi provide media entertainment. Or you can make yourself comfortable with a delicious glass of wine and a beautiful novel from the book collection! The openly integrated kitchen area offers various technical amenities so that you can comfortably prepare delicious meals on holiday and enjoy them together at the large dining table
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a box spring double bed and flat screen TV and the other bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Also on the top floor is a shower room, which also has a rain shower. The second bathroom offers a walk-in shower at ground level with a rain shower.
In your garden area you will find 2 sun loungers, a large dining table with chairs, a parasol and an electric barbecue. In addition, the flat has a washing machine, a dryer and 2 car parking spaces on the property. You can also safely store your bicycles in the lockable shed.

The high-quality furnished holiday flat "Schniekes Möhlenhuus" is located in a pretty large thatched house, which accommodates a total of 3 parties, in the village of Steinbergkirche, only 5km from the Baltic Sea coast. There is a beautiful stretch of beach in Norgaardholz
Steinbergkirche is located in the beautiful region of Angeln, halfway between the cities of Kappeln and Flensburg, very close to the nature reserve at the Geltinger Birk: here you can take extensive walks or bicycle tours and observe numerous species of birds, Scottish Highland cattle and, if you are lucky, Konik wild horses. The Baltic Sea and the Schlei region are also ideal for water sports, such as sailing, kite surfing, windsurfing, canoeing/kayaking and water skiing. Excursions are offered on the Schlei with various ships, the paddle steamer "Schlei Princess". In addition to the sights (herring fence, bascule bridge on the Schlei, St. Nikolai Church, Dutch windmill Amanda with historic sawmill), Kappeln also offers a beautiful old town with numerous cafés, boutiques and other shops that invite you to take a stroll, as well as a variety of gastronomic offerings and also a fish smokehouse. Flensburg, the northernmost city in Germany, is also worth a visit and also offers a great old town with numerous shopping opportunities and pretty alleys, but also a maritime museum and the Phänomenta.

Repeat offender
We have now come to this vacation rental for the 3rd time in a row. It is a nice feeling, almost like coming home when we start our summer vacation and enter the apartment. The landlords have furnished the apartment with good taste, a lot of attention to detail, and a practical eye. In the kitchen, for example, nothing is missing, every kitchen appliance and every little thing has been thought of. Outside there are two grills (charcoal and electric), a table with 6 chairs and 3 lounge chairs (all with cushions), and a garden shed with children's toys. The green areas belonging to the house are almost park-like and can be used for the most part. The beaches Norgaardholz, Habernis, and Holnis are easy to reach and beautiful. Great restaurants with delicious food are not far away. And the large Edeka, as well as Aldi, a kebab stand, and the Stolz department store, can be reached on foot via the large playground directly behind the house in less than 5 minutes. This also applies to the two bakeries in the village. Fresh rolls every morning without a long drive. Since Steinbergkirche is located in the Flensburg Fjord region in the middle of everything, you can make many great day trips: Flensburg, Glücksburg Castle, Denmark by ferry from Langballigau, Kappeln, Eckernförde, Schleswig, the Tolk-Schau amusement park, the Viking Museum Haitabu, all less than a half-hour drive by car. So also something for rainy days. Our family with two children of primary school age relaxes here incomparably.
