A lovely place in the middle of Tuscany excellent base for trips to Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Volterra etc. Part of Badia di Morrona, a large Farmhouse with several houses scattered on the hill between olive groves and vineyards. Hospitable welcome. Super service. Beautiful authentic house. Beautifully manicured grounds with the pool as the ultimate gathering and relaxation place. Not mentioned in the description but certainly useful to know washing machine for general use, towels and weekly linen change, the house has three bathrooms and every morning the baker visits the site with fresh broodjes.Er is no air conditioning but the screens in all windows cools the "night off enough to sleep. Fans do not use.

Our cottage was beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. Sufficient towels that we could even use at the pool. There are plenty of sunbeds by the pool. There are two washing machines for general use. (That is not mentioned in the description). Administrators are friendly and very helpful. The house is in a beautiful, quiet and wide area.
