Apartment is intact and very well equipped. Beds extremely comfortable, pool fantastic. Unfortunately, the house is extremely noisy. When the upper tenants are awake, sleep is out of the question 🤷

Enjoyed our stay in the beautiful villa Nantia in a stunning setting. Lovely quiet with a nice pool in the garden. Welcoming reception by Francesco, the manager of the villa.Steden as Florence, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa and Siena are within easy reach by car or train. In short, lovers of peace alternating culture are well villa Nantia!

Very nice home, hospitable welcome. Stunning pool. Only minus is that there is no pleasant village in the neighborhood. Tourist cities weelbgoed reached about an hour away. Home is a must!

Beautifully located. From our Belvilla, all important places in Tuscany were easy to reach. Authentic Italian atmosphere, both inside and outside. A beautiful swimming pool amidst olive trees. Location on a hill with beautiful views. The apartments are located in 2 buildings. The largest consisted of 4 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Every morning the bakery appeared with fresh rolls and there was a nice covered area to grill your own meat on a wood fire.

Excellent reception on arrival with a delicious bottle of wine and real Italian products to use. The accommodation is really well taken care of. A beautiful house that we used all downstairs. A large living room, large kitchen, four 2-person bedrooms, 2 very spacious and all four with a private bathroom with bath towels and also a separate towel for the pool. Really well cared for. The kitchen had plenty of kitchen utensils. The area is truly Tuscan and a good base for Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra.
