This is an elegant 3-bedroom villa in Novigrad. It has a large swimming pool and peaceful surroundings, making it ideal for a relaxing vacation with family.

The beach is only 3.5 km away and there's a casino 4 km from the home. You will find a restaurant 100 m away and you can buy supplies 2.5 km from the home.

That was a wonderful place to stay! The private pool was the highlight for our family. We also liked the local dining options, especially Konoba Nino, which was just a short walk away.

Fantastic holiday home with everything you need. Good location: 5 minutes from Novigrad and 20 minutes from Porec. Aquapark Istralandia is nearby, definitely worth a visit with the children.

Beautiful house, very clean. Landlord has guided us through the whole house and explained everything well. House is 3 kilometers from Novigrad. Small town by the sea with a number of restaurants. Entirely right!

What a nice house, still quite new and equipped with all the conveniences. On arrival well picked up and also the departure was well arranged. There is plenty to do in the area, many nice towns and villages by the sea or inland in the mountains. Drive further (3 1/2 hours!) But highly worth the Plitvice Lakes.
