For rent is a holiday home with pool for up to 16 persons approx. 130 km from Rijeka.
Available date: from 2 September
Price up to 16 persons per night 275 Euro.
This price is valid in September 2023.
The distance to the sea with smaller bays is about 3 km.
In Karlobag, about 6 km away, there are shopping facilities and restaurants.
The house has 7 bedrooms with DB,
7 x shower/WC, living room (sofa bed) connected with the kitchen,
Balcony terrace with wonderful panoramic sea view,
TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and pool.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with private shower/WC, a kitchen and a recreation room with games.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and a living room with kitchen.
The minimum height of the rooms on the upper floor is 2.20 metres at the walls and over 4 metres in the middle.
The pool ( 8 x 4 mtr. and 1,35 mtr. depth ) is on the same level as the first floor.
Directly from the balcony terrace you can reach the pool.
The parking space is next to the house.
Pets are allowed on request.
We mediate for the house owner in the German-speaking area.
