Central location of the holiday home directly on the lake - only 2 minutes walk to the village centre of Caslano with piazza, jetty, restaurants and shopping facilities. Ideal for active hiking and swimming holidays. 18 hole golf course in the immediate vicinity. Picturesque Caslano lies at the foot of Monte Caslano and is well equipped for tourism. From the village centre and the piazza, narrow romantic village streets wind up to Casa Luce del Sole, a beautiful old Ticino house set in a garden. From here, a path leads down a flight of steps to the lake. The garden with its cosy sitting areas is surrounded by a dense hedge. Ideal for enjoying undisturbed holidays. A parking space is available directly at the house. The maximum occupancy is 7 persons, of which max. 6 adults

The Casa Luce del Sole is located near the village center, in an elevated position above Lake Lugano the middle of a 200m ² garden with panoramic lake views. The rental is in the low season with an occupancy up to 2 persons. More rental rates please inquire individually. Caslano is a small town on Lake Lugano. It remains to be spared from the main road through traffic but is still heavily developed.

Beautiful house in a wonderful location
Great fully equipped holiday home in a unique location.
Fantastic lake view from all rooms and from the garden (hillside location).
Adjacent to the old centre of Caslano. Here you will find restaurants and a few shops. At the lower garden exit you are directly at the lake and a few steps away from the jetty. We can recommend the house without reservation.

Dream house on the lake
Great house in a super nice location, just above Lake Lugano.
A few metres to the lake, a few steps to the centre of the village. Very well equipped and spacious house with private garden.
No carpeting - that was important to us.
Dogs allowed. Many leisure activities for young and old in the immediate vicinity!
