Description
All 3 bedrooms can accommodate 2 people. The largest bedroom has 2 boxsprings, a double sink and a walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms are smaller, but also have boxsprings. There is a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a tosti iron, a nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven and freezer. All rooms have air conditioning and fibre-optic internet. The living room has a smart TV with Dutch channels.
The beds are made on arrival. Towels and bath towels are provided. The car can be parked in the underground car park, where you can take the lift to the flat on the second floor.

Location and surroundings of object
On a hill, a little inland between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola, lies the apartment complex Hacienda el Sueno. The flat is located in one of four buildings surrounding the swimming pool with a restaurant, shop, reception, laundry, sauna, gym and lagoon with waterfall and fountain. Completed in May 2023, the complex is brand new.
Hacienda el Sueno is a 25-minute drive from Malaga airport and a 20-minute drive from Marbella. There is a lot to do in the area. You can easily take a trip to Ronda, or walk the hike at Caminito del Rey. Marbella has a nice old centre and promenade. Puerto Banus has a nice beach and a marina where you can feast your eyes. Malaga itself is worth a visit. Nerja is an hour in the other direction. Mijas Pueblo is a cute little mountain village. Last but not least, in summer there are several concerts by world artists at Mare Nostrum (just 5 minutes away from Hacienda el Sueno) and at Starlight Occident in Marbella (0p 20 minutes away).

We are very happy with our flat in Mijas. After its completion in May 2023, we first went there ourselves a few times to enjoy the flat and the surroundings. We really like the beach and there are plenty of beaches in the area. We also really like going out for dinner at the various nice restaurants nearby, but also on the park itself is a fine restaurant with fantastic views. Of course, we hope that other people will also have a nice holiday in our flat. Hence it has been available for rent since mid-July...
