Welcome to our beautiful holiday home right on the water in Nordhorn's Seepark! This spacious house is perfectly suited for six people and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house was designed and furnished by an interior designer to meet the highest standards. The colour schemes are bright, friendly and modern, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The house has a large bathroom with sauna, bathtub and shower, as well as a second bathroom with a shower at ground level. The three beautiful bedrooms are equipped with custom-made beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses and bed linen to give you a restful night's sleep.
The living area is comfortably furnished and offers a lovely view of the water. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. On the terrace you can enjoy the view of the water or just relax and enjoy the sun.
We welcome not only you, but also your faithful companion! Dogs are not only allowed with us, they are very welcome. The property is fully fenced, so your faithful companion is in good hands.

Location and surroundings of object
Nordhorn is a city in Lower Saxony and is also known as the "water city". The city takes its name from the river Vechte, which flows through the city and feeds many canals and canals. These waterways characterise the cityscape and make Nordhorn a popular destination for cycling and boating tours. Nordhorn's city centre lies on an island and is surrounded by water. There are many places of interest, such as the town museum with three locations, the shipping museum and much more. It is especially nice to cycle or walk directly along the water on the many cycle paths and hiking trails.
The "Villa am See" is quiet yet centrally located. Beautifully situated on the edge of the Nordhorn lake park, this exceptionally luxurious holiday home is not far from the great city centre of Nordhorn. The convenient location allows you to enjoy great day trips even to the Netherlands, which is only 5 kilometres away.
