This modern and freshly renovated approx. 35sqm flat in an old building is perfect for 2-4 people. The 3rd and 4th guests can stay in the separate living room thanks to the comfortable sofa bed.
You can park in the parking garage at the opposite building (Dachritzstraße 10).

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size double bed.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove and oven. Of course, there is also enough crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The kitchen also has a solid wood dining table for four people.
The living room and kitchen form a common living area. This invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa. The sofa bed can be folded down into another bed where a 3rd and 4th guest can sleep. With high-speed WiFi, smart TV and Netflix, you can switch off and relax here after a hard day.
The modern bathroom leaves nothing to be desired.
Here, too, everything is available that you could wish for from your home: hair dryer, towels and soap for example.
The flat is on the second floor and can be reached via a staircase. Access to the flat is via a Smartlock.
