Welcome to this beautiful villa with pool!

At the front of the house, you are greeted by the spacious entrance area with hand-painted wardrobe. Adjacent further then the modern living room with several comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV and a direct access to the terrace. The dining room is open to the living room, large glass table and sufficient chairs are available. Adjacent is the kitchen, spacious, modern and excellently equipped.

The interiors are all on one level: three lovingly furnished and cheerfully decorated bedrooms in the rear area each have their own bathroom.

The sunny barbecue terrace with built-in BBQ and wooden table including comfortable chairs is accessible through a separate entrance.

Alvor is a coastal town with beautiful long sandy beaches, small hidden coves only accessible at low tide and a good selection of great fish restaurants.
Ferragudo, the "poor" sister part of Portimão, is just opposite the mouth of the Rio Arade, small, tranquil and original with the wonderful beaches of Pintadinho and Praia dos Canheiros.

This villa is situated in the middle of a well-kept and quite spacious garden, sheltered from view and private. In front of the comfortably furnished covered south-facing terrace you will find the kidney-shaped pool, which can be heated on request. Sun loungers are of course available. All around, colourful native plants, palms, shrubs - a real feast for the eyes. Quiet and secluded. A rental car is highly recommended. Heated pool in the garden.
