Casa Monteverde has been lovingly restored and very comfortably furnished. The rustico has 2 bedrooms plus bathroom on the upper floor, a living room with rustic dining area, fireplace and very well equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In addition, there is a bathroom with tub and shower downstairs. Furniture and decoration were chosen to match the character of the house, everything fits well together. The house has a large garden with lots of lawn and space to play, relax and soak up the sun. In front of the house there is a terrace with a dining table. You can park your car on the property or above on the street.

Location and surroundings of object
The rustic holiday home Casa Monteverde is located in the original village of Livo, not far from Lake Como. In the neighbourhood are other rustici, meadows and gardens. Livo is known for its medieval village, the large churches and the beautiful squares. Just behind the village begins a well-signposted hiking area with numerous tours. A hiking guide can also be arranged on request.
It takes less than 10 minutes to drive to Lake Como and then you are at the beach of Gravedona. Livo itself is a good starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. There is a very good restaurant, a typical village shop and a regular bus connection to Lake Como.

- Der Gast kann jederzeit vor Belegungsbeginn vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Bei einem Rücktritt bis 61 Tage vor Reiseantritt wird eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 30% des Mietpreises fällig. Erfolgt die Stornierung zwischen 60 und 31 Tage vor Reiseantritt, beträgt die Stornogebühr 50% des Mietpreises. Bei einer späteren Stornierung beträgt die Stornogebühr 90% des Mietpreises. Im Falle von Kulanz-Regelungen (z.B. bei kurzfristigen Umbuchungen, Gutschein-Umwandlung, etc) gelten andere Stornosätze. Bei Nichtantritt der Reise wird der gesamte Mietpreis berechnet abzüglich nicht in Anspruch genommener Leistungen, sofern diese lt. Preisliste nicht pauschaliert im Tages- bzw. Wochenpreis enthalten sind. Es steht dem Gast stets frei – auch bei Berechnung der pauschalierten Stornoentschädigung – nachzuweisen, dass ein Schaden nicht oder nicht in der berechneten Höhe entstanden ist.

Gas for heating is only charged in the heating season. Otherwise the consumption costs are included in the price. Due to the stairs in the house, the Rustico may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please ask in case of doubt.
