Description
Villa with 4 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.The ceiling height of 3 metres throughout the house gives a great living feeling. The natural stone slabs keep the house nice and cool in summer.
Pool (can be heated in the cooler months), outdoor barbecue, table tennis, table football, 2 large terraces, 2 balconies, 3 of the bedrooms have sea view. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of parking. Fireplace, lounge with large cushions on the north terrace.
Especially in the area where our villa is located, nature is very special: lots of wild sage, heather. Lavender, curry herb, thyme, cistus: the Mediterranean maccia: give off a great scent. There is also great local honey directly on site.
Rakalj is a small place with great recreational value:
Beautiful nature for hiking and cycling. Secluded bays where you can enjoy the beach alone in the low season. But also a beach bar, rental of: Standup paddling, pedal boats and canoes can be found in Rakalj, A fish restaurant directly on the beach and 2 boat rentals as direct neighbours of our villa. Pula is 25 min away: there are cultural and great shopping opportunities: Diving and the Premantura peninsula where you can go cliff diving and great kayak tours.

Location and surroundings of object
At the end of Rakalj towards the beach, a small cul-de-sac leads to our quietly situated villa. In the immediate vicinity are 2 other holiday homes and a farmer with sheep and chickens. Directly below the house there are only olive trees and the typical Mediterranean flora: sage, thyme, lavender. Holm oaks, wild pistachio. 3 min by car to the nearest beach with beach bar and boat rental and fish restaurant. 25 min walk to a bay that can only be reached on foot.

At the end of 2019, I made my dream come true and bought a house by the sea. We fell in love with the area around Rakalj: quiet, untouched nature, great view of the sea. As we are a family with 3 children, it was clear that we also needed a big house with 4 bedrooms. We would like to share this dream with holidaymakers and would be happy if you could experience a relaxing and yet active holiday with us.
