The very bright holiday apartment with full amenities for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children guests, WiFi, 2 flat-screen TVs, washing machine, and furnished balcony is south-facing and consists of:
1 bedroom for 4 guests (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed) with room door, flat-screen TV, and 1 open living-dining room with sofa bed for 2 more people, fully equipped kitchenette with table and chairs, a second flat-screen TV with satellite reception, entrance area with double apartment door and wardrobe. 1 bathroom with modern glass shower wall, toilet, washbasin, electric towel radiator, and washing machine.

It is in an optimal location next to Zell am See, directly next to Kaprun on the SUN SIDE of the Salzach Valley in the district of Fürth bei Kaprun in a detached house with five units on the first floor.
The flat offers a breathtaking view of the fascinating, over 3,200 metre high mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park and the Kitzsteinhorn.
A magnificent view of the Kaprun sports and skiing area and the wide Salzach valley awaits you.
From the centre of Kaprun you can take six cable cars (total length
12 kilometres) to the summit station on the Kitzsteinhorn glacier at 3029 metres.
The Maiskogel valley station is 2.3 kilometres away from the flat.

Well equipped and perfect for a ski holiday in the region
We booked the accommodation very last minute for a ski vacation and were completely satisfied. Because it is not directly in the center of Kaprun, it is pleasantly quiet, and yet the ski areas Maiskogel/Kitzsteinhorn and Schmitten are easily accessible by ski bus or car. The bus stop is just a short walk away, which is also manageable in ski boots. The apartment was very well equipped: towels and bed linen were available for all guests, in the kitchen there were not only basic groceries like coffee powder, filters, salt, and pepper, but also everything needed for cooking and baking, even a waffle maker and a mixer.
Unfortunately, the lock on the ski storage room was broken, so we could not use it. We were informed of this in advance, and instead, we were able to use the garage, including a parking space for our car.
The communication with the landlord was consistently very detailed and accommodating. From the detailed directions to leisure tips for bad weather days. We particularly liked that.
The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The only small drawback: The metal bed squeaked quite a bit. If someone is bothered by that, it’s best to switch to the double bed.
Overall, a very nice stay, outstanding service for the price. Would love to come back!
