1 bedroom with double bed, air-conditioning, built-in wardrobe, SAT-TV and window to the rear terrace (with fly screen and electric roller blind)
1 bedroom with bunk bed (1.40 m wide at the bottom and single bed at the top), air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, small desk, satellite TV, patio door with electric blind to the rear terrace area.
1 bathroom with shower at ground level, washbasin, WC and window.
Staircase to the loft with: large relax sofas, SAT-TV, air-conditioning and a pull-out bed (1.50 x 2.00m).
The pull-out bed can be pushed in during the day. The gallery does not have full standing height.

Swimming pool (approx. 3,70 x 3,70m) with Roman steps and built-in pool bench (with pool service).
In the front terrace area there are: 6 sun loungers, table, chairs, charcoal grill and parasol. Awning directly on the terrace in front of the living room.
Behind the house there is another wind-protected terrace with awning, table, chairs and parasol: Awning, table, chairs and a bench.
In the entrance area of the enclosed property there is a parking space for 1 car (for this purpose the sun loungers have to be partly moved to the side).
The air conditioning provides pleasant coolness in the hot season, but the house can also be heated very well in the cooler seasons.
Due to the central location, it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes walk to the centre,
Restaurants etc.
