Beautiful holiday flat with sea view, garden and pool (shared with 7 parties), open all year, 7 minutes walk to the beach (500m,38Hm), 30 minutes to Malaga, 10 to Torre del Mar and Rincón de la Victoria. Kitchenette, shower room with washing machine, separate sleeping area, spacious living area with dining table, cosy sofa corner (sofa bed) (each with sea view and garden view), air conditioning (cold and hot) and fan. There are some cats in the area, also in the garden(cave allergy and phobia sufferers)! The flat is not childproof. Neither is the pool secured. Therefore not suitable for children under 12.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is situated with a beautiful view of the sea and nature (hills and mountains, up to 2000m) on the edge of Benajarafe. There are 3 restaurants on the beach within walking distance. In the village there are 15 more, including a bakery, a bank with ATM, 3 small supermarkets, fruit stand, weekly market on Saturday, ice cream parlours, small shops etc.. You can go hiking right from the door or explore the beautiful area with numerous lovely villages and nature parks. The towns of Torre del Mar and Rincón de la Victoria can be reached along the coast in about 10 minutes, 9km, Malaga 30 minutes, 25km. A larger supermarket is located about 4km away. Granada is about 1,15h away. A car is highly recommended. The nearest bus stop is 900m away and buses leave every hour.
