Description
The apartment is located in a terraced built apartment building with 6 apartments.
The balcony offers Panaoramasicht the sea and through the terraced construction can hardly be seen (only if the neighbor next door makes holidays).
In the urbanization there is a communal pool, which is open from mid May to late September, are available (at your own risk).
From the apartment you can walk to the beach or the nearest restaurant in about 8 minutes.
To the center it takes about 20 minutes on foot, by car 5 minutes.
A bus stop is about 500 meters away from the urbanization. For about 3:50 euros a return trip is possible to Malaga.

Location and surroundings of object
In Benajarafe there are no high-rise building castles still mass tourism. Nevertheless, enough restaurants and shopping for a pleasant holiday are present.
The wide, clean sandy beach was again awarded in 2016 with the "Blue Flag".
Even in high season is ample space for sunbathing and swimming. The beach is constantly cleaned. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented or brought showers.
For children there is the beach (center) is a playground for parents a health route.
The promenade is ideal for walks or to visit one chiringuitos to try tasty tapas or fish.
Saturdays is weekly market in Benajarafe. There are fresh fruit and vegetables, costume jewelry, handbags, clothing etc.
The proximity to Malaga is also provided for cultural alternation Gibralfaro, Alcazaba, Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum. The old town is worth seeing and worth a visit. The harbor
with nice shops and restaurants invites you to stroll.
Torre del Mar is just 8 km away and offers numerous shops, restaurants, night clubs and a large weekly market for shopping and entertainment.
Nerja, Marbella, Ronda, Gibraltar and Granada are within easy reach via the motorway. Also Cordoba and Sevilla can be scheduled as a day trip.

Benajarafe is worth a visit over Christmas and New Year.
The holiday apartment is lovingly furnished and from our side there was nothing to complain about for the entire period of three weeks. The description of the holiday apartment is more than accurate.
From the living room and the large terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea. The sunsets that were offered to us almost every evening from the terrace were incredibly beautiful.
I would also like to highlight the very good communication with the Dittmer family, the owners of the holiday apartment. My questions, whether oral or written, were answered immediately.
We can easily imagine using this holiday apartment again.

WONDERFUL
We felt very comfortable in this flat and had a very nice contact with our landlords. There was everything you could wish for on holiday. The flat is very well equipped. Sea, pool and the beautiful sea view from the spacious balcony. Here we could let our soul dangle and have recovered very well and spent many beautiful hours. The beach is clean, very wide and not overcrowded. There are no hotel castles here and not so much tourism. The restaurants have reasonable prices and you can eat fresh fish very well here. For us, it could be a repeat act.

A dream
Lovingly designed holiday flat with a view of the sea. It is recommended for those who are looking for peace and quiet and want to get to know the country. There is no German and little English spoken in the village. The sea is only a 5-minute walk away, a great beach. Above all, very nice landlords.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Andalusien
Wir haben 11 wunderschöne Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht. Der Ausblick von der gemütlichen und komplett möblierten Terrasse ist zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit traumhaft.
Die vorhandenen Fotos sind absolut authentisch, Sie finden alles genau so vor! Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht.
Der kilometerlange gepflegte Sandstrand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und mit dem Auto finden sich in der Umgebung viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele. Die Innenstadt von Malaga erreicht man am besten mit der regelmäßigen und zuverlässigen Busverbindung in bequemen Reisebussen.
Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war ausgesprochen sympathisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Eine Ferienwohnung, die Urlauber verwöhnt
Wir waren in der Casa Bena der Familie Dittmer, dies war eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten. Alles ist wie beschrieben und von der Aussicht noch ein wenig mehr. Alles hat mehr als gepasst! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super!
