Description
The summer house is located in our garden and can be reached through the gate. Once through the gate, the garden of the summer house is separated from our garden by a windbreak, so that you enjoy as much privacy as possible (this does not yet apply to the month of July!).
You have a living room with dining area and a corner sofa, which can be folded out as a 1.33 x 2.02 sofa bed if necessary. Furthermore, the cottage has WiFi and TV with chromecast (so no fixed channels, you need to set up television yourself via push device). The bedroom has a double bed of 180 by 200 cm. There is also a compact bathroom and kitchen, including a fridge, sink, combi microwave oven, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Please note: there is no cooking facility or dishwasher. There is a bistro set with 2 chairs in front of the cottage.
The cottage is about 30m2 and therefore most comfortable for 2 people. The sofa bed can be folded out, allowing 1 extra person to sleep in the living room (blackout curtains are available throughout).

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
additional information:
You can park 1 car for free in our driveway! This is possible on the date of check-in from 11:30. This is a nice touch during the busy summer days, when public parking in Noordwijk can be a challenge.

We are Jelmer and Leonoor and since 2019 we have lived together in Noordwijk, where Leonoor was born. Both of us are big fans of the beach and the dunes. For long walks with a cup of coffee or drinks to finish at one of the cosy beach bars. For SUP or kitesurfing sessions. And, of course, for cooling off on the fine beach during summer days. The beach and sea is also the ideal playground for our son Stijn (Nov 2021). We love being close to the beach and the sea and look forward to welcoming you to our summer cottage!
