Petrčane, 9 m a.s.l. The holiday flat is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The courtyard is used exclusively by the owner. 90 m from the sea. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the street in front of the house.
