The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. The entrance to the ground floor is in the hallway and on the first floor you first enter the kitchen.
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen (20 sqm, walk-through room) with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (25 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, together with dining room). Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (20 sqm, walk-through room) with gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (150 l, icebox), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (6 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 sink and window. Separate toilet (3 sqm) with 1 sink and WC.
1st floor: Living room (10 sqm, walk-through room) with sitting area, TV and access to the balcony (12 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, together with dining room).
