The detached holiday home, built in 1992 and renovated in 2022, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in the village centre. The residence is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing and courtyard.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 620 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available in a carport and on the property.
