The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1977, renovated in 2012, and furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, swing seat, and campfire site.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The accommodation is located in Balatonfenyves, 35 km from Hévíz Thermal Lake and 30 km from Festetics Castle, as well as 39 km from Buffalo Reserve. This accommodation offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
