The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1977, renovated in 2012 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, pavilion, garden furniture, hollywood swing and fire place.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday apartement is located on a 450 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

quiet location just for families with children, close to the beaches, lots of playgrounds, the owners of the cottage very nice and friendly, despite the language barrier they could rely on their help. We recommend 100%. In front of the house a large space for children and car. The cottage was clean and well maintained. We are very happy to remember your stay.
