Description

Cosy and attractively furnished holiday home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the holiday home settlement of Nessmersiel. Dogs are very welcome here.

With around 80m², it offers enough space for up to 6 people and a small child.

A completely fenced garden with sunbathing lawn and terrace with sufficient garden furniture with cushions is available for the holiday guests.

A lockable bicycle room can be used with pleasure.

A private parking space is available directly at the house.

WLAN available.

Max. 3 dogs welcome. No other pets.

Spacious open plan living/dining area with comfortable seating area, stereo and flat screen TV. Dining table with seating and open kitchen with fitted kitchen with four-plate cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, etc.. and of course sufficient kitchen utensils, pots and dishes. From here you have direct access to the fenced garden with terrace with garden furniture.

Guest WC and storage room.

All windows have roller shutters.

The holiday home is in a quiet location in the North Sea resort of Dorn umersiel in the district of West erbur. The motto of West erbur is: "Pure relaxation in Weste rbur".

There are plenty of opportunities for exercise for people and dogs. Two children's playgrounds are available in the village.

Dornum ersiel with its bathing beach and solar-heated seawater swimming pool is only 3,000m away.

Highly recommended for those who are not demanding.

The price-performance ratio is good; for people with no great demands, the apartment is perfect. However, the text should indicate that a tourist tax is to be paid. The terrace is in need of improvement; the wooden furniture is rotting away, and rotten plums from the neighboring property are lying on the terrace, spreading an unpleasant smell in the heat. Overall, the terrace requires a complete cleaning; it should be cleaned with a pressure washer to remove weeds. The only complaint I have about the apartment is the mattresses; they are worn out, but otherwise, it was good. The nearest bakery is almost 7 km away; for those seeking peace, the apartment is perfect. However, it is located right on a busy road, making it unsuitable for small children, but nothing from the street can be heard from the apartment.

schön das es Ihnen in der gemieteten Wohnung gefallen hat.

Die Kenntnis das an der kompletten Nordsee Kurtaxe zu zahlen ist, haben wir natürlich vorausgesetzt. In Ihrer Buchungsbestätigung hatten wir einen Link eingefügt, in dem Sie u. a. Informationen zum Ort und auch zur Kurkarte finden konnten.

Das die Pfaumen - natürlich nur während der Reifezeit - vom Nachbargrundstück auf die Terrasse fallen, ist tatsächlich nicht schön, kann aber leider nicht geändert werden.

Die Terrasse wird aber alle 14 Tage gleichzeitig mit dem Rasenmähen vom Hausmeisterservice gereinigt.

Auf der Terrasse stehen 2 Stühle aus Metall mit Sitzauflagen und ein Tisch aus Metall mit Glasplatte zur Verfügung. Der Strandkorb aus Holz - den meinen Sie sicherlich -fault allerdings nicht, ist aber sicherlich etwas grob in der Ansicht; Geschmackssache.

Ihren Hinweis zu der Matratze - hier hat bisher noch Niemand eine Amerkung dazu gemacht - geben wir gerne an den Vermieter weiter.

Ihre Erwähnung der Entfernung zum Bäcker lässt darauf schliessen, dass Sie bei Edeka in Dornum eingekauft haben. Der nächste Bäcker ist bei Markant direkt in Dornumersiel und geschätzt ca. 2,5 bis 3km entfernt; bei einem gemütlichen Spaziergang durch die Felder vielleicht 2km.
