Two beautiful holiday flats await you in the Inselhaus Heringsdorf. The flats are cosy and equipped with all comforts. A large and beautifully designed garden with sunny terraces, barbecue area and sandpit offers retreat, relaxation, play and joie de vivre for young and old. The island house is located in a one-way street with little traffic. The parking space for your car is directly in front of the house. In the immediate vicinity you have the best shopping facilities for your daily needs, rental stations for bicycles and much more. It is only a five-minute walk to the beautiful fine sandy beach and you can enjoy the sea.
The flat on the upper floor of the house has 70 square metres of living space. It offers two bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms. This makes it an ideal holiday home for families or two couples travelling together. The kitchen-cum-living room has been kept in warm colours. Here you will find a comfortable sofa with smart TV and sound bar, the dining table with seating and the kitchen. Thanks to the good equipment and the available kitchen gadgets, cooking on holiday is also a pleasure.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (lying surface 1.60 x 2.00 metres), a chest of drawers, armchair, bookshelf and its own smart TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed (lying surface 1.80 x 2.00 metres), chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV.
Both bathrooms are fully equipped and each offers a washbasin, WC and shower. The skylights provide natural light.
Two terraces in the garden belong to the flat. You will certainly be able to spend a few nice evenings here in convivial company. There is also a barbecue on the property, which you can use in consultation with the guests from the ground floor flat. Particularly family-friendly are the high chair already available in the flat, as well as the baby travel cot including mattress (but without bed linen).
You can use WLAN free of charge. You can park your car in front of the gate to the property. Bicycles can be stored in a small shed belonging to the flat in the courtyard. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house's utility room.
