Our cozy holiday home ZEE & ZO is located less than 200 meters from the beautiful Egmond dunes where you can enjoy walking or cycling. The beach and wide boulevard is a 7-minute walk away and our house is also close to the bustling center of Egmond aan Zee with various trendy shops, most of which are open 7 days a week all year round!
Isn't that enough? By car you are in about 20 minutes in the center of the world-famous cheese city Alkmaar with a wide range of shops, restaurants and terraces. Nice tip for the summer! Be sure to rent a whisper boat for a trip on the canals of Alkmaar.

Egmond aan Zee is easily accessible by public transport. You take the train to Alkmaar and from there bus 165 to Egmond aan Zee. The bus stops near our holiday home.
Free parking is only possible in the winter months from November 1st to March 1st.
Paid parking is available in Egmond during the summer months from March 1st to November 1st.
You will receive 1 parking permit at the house.
For parking in the summer months we charge a fee of 5 euros per day.
You can pay for this in cash during your stay.

Beach house by the sea, 16 strand.
Ideal small cottage for 2 people with everything you need. Very quiet location, a few steps to the main street and the beach. Our landlady Mrs. Jansma is very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the welcome gift. Thanks again from our granddaughter as well. We would love to come back. Warm regards, G.SCHÜRDT
