Description
The light-flooded holiday flat is exclusive, high-quality, cosy and furnished with great attention to detail. The flat is located on the upper floor and has 2 bedrooms.
A large balcony in a sunny south-facing position invites you to relax with high-quality balcony furniture. For your safety, the flat is equipped with high-quality smoke detectors.
All beds have comfort cold foam mattresses (optimal support of the spine), adjustable slat frames to support the lying comfort as well as an adjustable head area. To support a restful sleep, emphasis was placed on high-quality pillows as well as duvets.
The comfort built-in kitchen has a cooker with ceramic hob, convection oven, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, Senseo, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, blender, sufficient crockery and all necessary kitchen utensils. Cooking becomes a pleasure here.
The harmoniously colour-coordinated daylight bathroom has a washing machine and dryer.
Of course, you can use the internet and telephone (free to the German landline network) free of charge in this flat.
All floors are tiled, with the exception of the attic. Here, a high-quality, colour-coordinated laminate floor has been laid.
When selecting the materials, special emphasis was placed on naturalness and harmony as a prerequisite for a relaxing holiday.
As the flat is rented out as a non-smoking holiday flat, smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
