The large holiday home is located in the centre of Norddeich, within walking distance of the beach and yet in a very quiet cul-de-sac.
The harmonious furnishings radiate cosiness. The beautiful flat and the great location ensure a relaxing holiday.
The holiday home impresses with its bright living area with wide patio door and large window. You can spend pleasant holiday evenings with your friends or family on the leather sofa set. You can make yourself comfortable here with a bottle of wine and watch the TV programme. The chest of drawers in the living room has enough storage space for your holiday souvenirs.
The large arch from the living room leads directly into the dining room. This is furnished with a dining table with a total of 8 chairs. So you have enough space to spend your evenings here in bad weather or in the evening.
From the dining room you enter the kitchen with a modern kitchen unit. This is well equipped with a ceramic hob (4 plates), oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, soda stream and utensils for everyday use.
In the modern bathroom you can take a relaxing bath in the bathtub after an exciting day on holiday. The bathroom also has a shower (at ground level), a WC, a washbasin, a large mirror cabinet and a make-up mirror.
In the hallway there is another chest of drawers, a shoe rack and a straight rack. You can store your jackets and shoes here when you return to the flat after a walk.
In the master bedroom you will find a double bed and the 4-door wardrobe has plenty of storage space for your holiday clothes.
There are two further double bedrooms in the house with plenty of storage space. One of them has an adjoining smaller bathroom. Here there is a mirror, a washbasin with a vanity unit, a shower and a WC.
The children's room is furnished with another single bed. There is also a wardrobe with four doors for your clothes.
Outside, a beautiful terrace with lovely patio furniture awaits you. Your children also have a large garden where they can let off steam. With the barbecue, you can spend wonderful barbecue evenings with your family or friends.
