Description
Miramar House offers you short distances to the beach, promenade, many shops and restaurants. For additional comfort, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (use for a fee), a sauna and a lift in the building.
Your holiday home is located on the first floor and provides two people with 46 square metres of living space.
When furnishing the flat, neither heart nor effort was spared and so a harmonious interplay of colours and styles with loving details was created. You will immediately feel at home here. The living room is furnished with a large sofa set and a TV for your comfort. Have breakfast on the balcony with the first rays of sunshine or sit together at the dining table in the living area. The choice is yours. Open to the living room is the kitchen, which is equipped with all kinds of practical things and allows you to cook on holiday.
In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, as well as your own TV. This ensures entertainment in the evening as well.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and make-up mirror.
For the very small visitors, a baby travel cot with mattress (without linen) as well as a high chair are available free of charge in the flat. WLAN is available free of charge. You can park your car safely in the underground car park of the house. A bicycle room, laundry room and sauna can also be found in the building. There is a charge for the laundry room and sauna.
** Please note that there is a construction site in the immediate vicinity of the Miramar house. Construction work may cause noise disturbance, probably until July 2023. **
