Three bedrooms with comfortable beds
(one room with two adjoined beds, one room with two beds placed separately and one room with bunk beds)
One bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower
Luxurious open kitchen with built-in appliances
Induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave and refrigerator-freezer combination
Electric fireplace
The outdoor fireplace is only for decoration (cannot be used)
Spacious furnished terrace with private parking spot
Pets allowed (max. 2)

It goes without saying that the level of luxury and comfort is the same!
Specifics
Birch Lodge Eco 29 has a hot tub and a sauna in the garden.
Sauna, hot tub in the garden available for rent (use for two consecutive days at €75).
(One of our staff members will provide you with instructions for heating and maintaining the temperature of the hot tub and sauna.
The hot tub takes three to four hours to heat up. The sauna takes one to two hours to heat up).
If you know on which days you would like to use them, we would appreciate it if you let us know in the comment.

(Unfortunately, using the wellness is not possible on the day of arrival and the day of departure)
