Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad enkel jammer dat de elektriciteit gedurende 2 uur is weggevallen en dat hiervoor geen compensatie werd aangeboden. Ik was namelijk net uit de hottub en heb 2 uur aan het rillen geweest van de kou aangezien de verwarming niet werkte.

Ik benn2x bij park Berkenrhode geweest met een vriendin. Het was beide keren een fijn verblijf. Fijn huisje en fantastisch de mogelijkheid van sauna en hottub! Daarnaast mooie omgeving. Wij moeders waren weer helemaal uitgerust, bij gepraat!

De Tiny Lodge vonden wij heel knus en ontzettend gezellig ingericht. Bij aankomst stond de hot tub al aan, wat een service!! Wij hebben hierdoor een ontzettend leuke vakantie gehad!

We hebben heerlijk genoten. Het was een klein, knus huisje, maar met z’n vieren goed te doen. Het is maar waar je waarde aan hecht. Door het kleine en knusse voel je de verbinding met elkaar. De sauna en hottub waren heerlijk na een dagje weg. Het enige dat we gemist hebben was een braadpan om een eitje in te bakken

Een prachtig huisje die goed schoon was toen we aankwamen. Extra luxe en gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien! Opgemaakte bedden, goed koffiezetapparaat en een smart tv. Wat een luxe de opties tot een sauna en hottub in de tuin! Mooi omheind waardoor de honden hun gang konden gaan! Prachtige omgeving waar we heerlijk met de honden hebben kunnen wandelen! Het was een perfect weekend!

Het huisje was erg schoon en comfortabel. De hottub en sauna waren fijn om te gebruiken. Het park is heel hondvriendelijk en ligt in een bosrijke omgeving, waardoor je lekker kunt wandelen.

Het park en het huisje waren echt heel mooi, we hebben een top verblijf gehad! Toch zijn er echt nog wel wat puntjes voor verbetering. Wij verbleven in huisje TL118, de 1e avond dat wij gebruik maakten van de sauna en de hottub wisten wij niet dat er verlichting in de sauna zat, dit werd de 2e dag duidelijk, heel fijn! De tuin is 1 donker gat en wij hebben zaterdagochtend bij de receptie om extra verlichting gevraagd. Hier hebben wij de hele dag niets over gehoord, eind van de middag ben ik gaan vragen wat de status hiervan was om vervolgens te horen te krijgen dat de frontdesk op de hoogte is en wij vanzelf wat horen, maar het was inmiddels bijna 17:00 uur. Na 17:00 uur toch maar het noodnummer gebeld want om met je telefoon de hele avond te moeten schijnen is ook niet fijn.... (dit op verzoek van de receptie want er stond bij: bel het noodnummer als je je niet fijn voelt om in het donker in sauna/hottub te zitten) Ik kreeg Johan aan de lijn en hij vertelde dat hij die middag bij het huisje was geweest en niet inzag waarom er verlichting geplaatst moest worden, de 2 spotjes, sauna verlichting en het minimale rode hottub lampje moesten voldoende zijn en daarbij had hij geen verlichting dus helaas, jullie moeten met je telefoon schijnen. Er waren nog nooit klachten over geweest en wij waren de eerste. Waarschijnlijk omdat het nu toch echt vroeger donker wordt maar ik raad jullie echt aan om s avonds een kijkje te gaan nemen en om te proberen zonder licht het trapje van de hottub te vinden want dat gaat niet lukken. Een paar uur later spoelde het toilet niet meer door en de wasbak in de keuken. Ik heb wederom weer met Johan gebeld en hij zei dat dit wel een serieus probleem was en dat hij misschien naar het park moest komen om het te verhelpen. Uiteindelijk hoorde wij dat ze bezig waren met de riolering door te spoelen en dat het niet helemaal lukte, dat het een serieuze verstopping was dus ik vroeg of ik de enige was die hier een melding van had gemaakt en ja dat was zo. Ook omdat huisje 118 het laagst ligt en wij hier dus als eerste overlast van zouden ervaren. Als andere hadden geklaagd dan was het een groot probleem voor het hele park geworden. Ik weet niet of het Johan was maar ik zei; dan is het dus maar goed dat ik nu had gebeld want anders had je vannacht heel veel ondergelopen huisjes en nu is het nog een redelijke tijd. Een bedankje hiervoor was wel op zijn plaats geweest. Zaterdagochtend hebben wij ook een melding gemaakt dat de hottub stonk en smoezelig was, de bank en rugleuning voelde al glad aan met alg, dit mocht niet het geval zijn en hier zou naar gekeken worden en het zou opgelost worden. Dit is niet gebeurd. Zondag hadden wij een late check-out maar na 10:00 uur werkte de stroom van de hottub niet meer, wij hebben dit zo gelaten omdat het water echt stonk en de hottub vies was, maar jammer was het wel! Als het probleem zaterdag was opgelost zoals ons beloofd was hadden wij er zondag nog gebruik van kunnen maken. Zondag eind van de middag toen wij onderweg naar huis waren kreeg ik reactie via de app dat ze vergeten door waren te geven dat de collega van de buitendienst aan hun had doorgegeven dat de verlichting van Tiny Lodge i.c.m. hottub en sauna verlichting voldoende moest zijn en dat de collega die die dag werkte het is vergeten om het door te geven aan ons.

Wij zijn in 2021 al een keer eerder geweest. Toen waren we ook erg enthousiast over het park vanwege het groen in de park. Je waant je echt in een bos, wat erg rustgevend is. De meest positieve verandering ten opzichte van het verblijf van 2021 is de app die is ontwikkeld. De app is erg klantvriendelijk en makkelijk te gebruiken.

Heerlijk plekje aan de rand van het park. De app werkte heel dijn. Het huisje was nieuwe en netjes. Onze hottub werkte niet en er kwam direct iemand om het op te lossen waardoor we er dezelfde avond nog in konden. De patat en snacks waren heerlijk!

We were very surprised by the cozy place where we got to stay. Tiny lodge plot 33 was truly a private garden with lots of greenery and a lovely hanging chair in the garden where you could relax. Additionally, of course, the sauna and hot tub that we used a lot with the family. Easy to use and also well sheltered!

The hot tub turned out to be electric! It warmed up quickly and we could enjoy it almost immediately because you had already turned it on. What service! Additionally, it was a lovely, small house with nice decor and a cheerful garden. The park itself was very beautiful. All the houses look nice, stylish, and give off a similar, relaxed, yet luxurious atmosphere. We had little trouble with neighbors and felt like we were really getting away. The ladies at the reception were also friendly and helpful. And not to forget: considerate staff in the restaurant regarding gluten allergy. This is not the case everywhere, but we were able to enjoy without worries! Oh, and one more thing: very nice that a late check-out was possible for a good amount considering the extra hours you get!

We really enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna! In no time, we were in the woods with the dogs, what a delight it was for our four-legged friends! Friendly staff, a calm crowd that comes. And it was a great bonus that the outdoor pool was still open; our children had a wonderful time there. They found the animation games, despite their somewhat older age, amazing! Live Stratego and Hunted were really great! The fries at the snack bar were also delicious.

What I liked most about Park Berkheide was the combination of nature and comfort. The cottage was wonderfully cozy and immediately gave a nice feeling of home. I especially loved the tranquility of the hot tub and the sauna. Relaxing in warm water or the warmth of the sauna was just perfect. In between walks in nature, that was truly a moment to completely reconnect with myself.

Everything was very neat. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. We completely relaxed. The cottage was cozy but equipped with everything needed. It was our first time in the park. It is a beautiful park, with a lot of greenery and friendly people. Compliments for the hospitality of both the reception and the catering. Very friendly, also taking the time for a chat. The facility that you can ask questions via WhatsApp and receive good answers is a big plus! This way we also knew to ask for help in the evening and received a good response. Heating the hot tub with wood was a fun activity. Bram is a pyromaniac as a hobby haha! The sauna also did its job very well. The cabin was clean, showers were nice and warm. Really a top stay! Thank you!

What a place! Tiny House 22 was fantastic. Lovely little house with a great garden. Perfect for our dog too. It was clean, cozy, and the beds were fine! The kitchenette and bathroom were practical, and nothing was missing. We had just forgotten to bring our own toilet paper. There is an excellent restaurant where we enjoyed sitting in the conservatory. You can also easily walk into the forest. The sauna and hot tub were heavenly!
