Het huis was top, de ligging was top en de rust was heerlijk!! We vonden de hottub heerlijk, we vonden het wel erg jammer dat deze dicht aan de weg stond, en het feit dat het veel regende, en dat de hottub niet overdekt is, regende onze glazen wijn vol, om over de chips en snacks maar niet te praten. Verbeterpunten/dingen die wij misten: Een vaatdoek, een afwasborstel, een stoffer en blik, een kapstok, een spiegel, en in ieder geval 1 wc rol bij aankomst. Als jullie koffie met appelgebak trakteren, zorg dan dat er ook appelgebak is!!

Het zelf inchecken was erg handig, zo hoef je niet perse voor de sluiting van de receptie aanwezig te zijn. Daarnaast vond ik de afscherming van de bepaalde (onze ook) huisjes ook erg goed!

Het is een prachtig verzorgd park met mooie huisjes en in deze week vrij rustig. De restaurant was prima voor een kop koffie, lunch of diner.

The peace, the luxury forest lodge with its wonderful garden. Equipped with all conveniences. WiFi worked well, the choice of TV channels and the option to read a book, audiobook, or magazine via Wait. The possibility to swim comfortably, especially with the warm weather of the past week. And wonderfully heated water. It was a lovely week for us to stay.

The quality and layout of the cottage, and the location right by the edge of the forest. Unlimited wood for the hot tub is a nice extra. Also smart, this prevents 'everything' from being thrown into the stoves. Due to circumstances, we switched cottages directly. (From B17 to B18). This made us realize that there are significant differences between cottages in the same price range. That is worth considering.

What I liked best about my stay at Park Berkenrhorde was the beautiful nature and the calm atmosphere. It is a perfect place to relax, take a walk, or enjoy the fresh air. The well-maintained paths, houses, and gardens, along with the diverse plant life right by the forest, make the park a real highlight. We visited the Grand Café and the small kiosk more often and were absolutely thrilled by the offerings and the friendliness of the staff.

Beautifully landscaped park. Right by the edge of the forest. Fresh bread service excellent! Bicycle and scooter rental was great, you could simply go to the reception for that.
